dedicated, candidate-run places to check a company's actual track record before you invest hours in an application. Until now.

How it'll work

Simple by design. The value is in the data, not the features.

01

Search any company

See their real response time, ghosting rate, and whether they follow through after interviews, before you spend an evening on a cover letter.

02

Read what actually happened

Every entry comes from someone who applied, interviewed, or got left on read, not a scraped review or a PR-managed page.

03

Add your own in a minute

Why this, why now

Job seekers have been swapping "who ghosted me" stories in forum threads for years. It's one of the most common complaints in job hunting, just never organized anywhere. Ontario, Jan 2026 NY & CA bills pending regulators are starting to require the transparency employers haven't offered on their own. We think candidates deserve that information before they apply, not after a law forces an employer to give it to them.

Already have a story?

Tell us what happened. It helps seed the database before launch and takes less than a minute.

Thanks. Your report helps someone else skip the guesswork.
